5. Terms of Service (TOS)

By using our services, you agree to the following:

5.1 Service Description

We provide:

  • Marketing automation
  • Missed-Call Text-Back system
  • CRM setup
  • Lead-follow-up flows
  • SMS/email automation

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice
  • Guaranteed results
  • Human call answering

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are billed monthly through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically

No Refund Policy for Digital Services

Because our services are delivered digitally and involve setup work, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital services
  • Setup and onboarding work
  • Monthly automation access
  • Subscription renewals

The 14-Day Results Guarantee (described on our sales pages) is a performance partnership, not a refund promise. We commit to working with you to make the system perform when all guarantee conditions are met.

5.3 Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the system legally
  • Obtain proper consent from your customers
  • Follow your own GDPR obligations
  • Provide accurate details for setup
  • Maintain your CRM data responsibly

5.4 Limitation of Liability

Nexus-Corner Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Missed opportunities
  • Incorrect automation use
  • Third-party system failures (GHL, Meta, Stripe)
  • Data entry errors caused by the customer

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

5.4a 14-Day Results Guarantee Conditions

The 14-Day Results Guarantee applies only when the client’s Missed-Call Text-Back system is properly connected to their business phone number, their ad or website is live, and they actively respond to new leads during the guarantee period.

If these conditions are not met — including failure to provide required access, delayed setup, turning off ads, or not responding to leads — the guarantee does not apply.

This guarantee represents a performance partnership. We commit to making the system work when all agreed conditions are met, but it does not create an automatic right to a refund.

5.5 Service Access & Termination

We may suspend or end services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Abuse of system
  • Illegal activity
  • Platform abuse

You may cancel anytime by contacting: [email protected]

10. Refund Policy & Earnings Disclaimer

10.1 Refund Policy

Our services are provided digitally and often involve custom setup and configuration work that cannot be “returned”. For this reason, and except where required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable.

The 14-Day Results Guarantee is fulfilled through additional work, optimisation, and support to help you achieve the promised performance, not through automatic fee refunds.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review it.

10.2 Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Any examples of increased bookings, revenue, or performance shown in our marketing are based on past or typical client experiences. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

Your outcomes will depend on many factors including your market, competition, pricing, offer quality, response times, and how consistently you use the system.

We make no guarantee of specific financial results. Our role is to provide tools and systems designed to increase your opportunity for better performance.
